Zai Lab has granted options for 252,585 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) to Dr. Samantha Du, along with 10,620 RSUs, with both grants vesting 25% annually over four years. Additionally, 248,986 options were granted to four other senior managers, alongside 80,917 RSUs and 80,917 PSUs, also vesting 25% annually. The option exercise price for Dr. Du is $34.69 per ADS, while for the other grantees it is $35.55 per ADS. These options are valid for ten years.
