Standard Chartered directors report share transactions

Standard Chartered PLC (HKEX:2888) announced that several directors and PDMRs reported share transactions on March 11, 2025. These transactions, conducted on the London Stock Exchange (XLON), involved ordinary shares of US$0.50 each. Notable transactions include Alvaro Garrido with a volume of 30,378, Judy Hsu with volumes of 96,001, 8,313, 6,400 and 26,626 and Roberto Hoornweg with volumes of 222,634, 28,118 and 75,622 and Bill Winters, involved vesting of shares from deferred grants and LTIPs, as well as sales to cover tax obligations. All transactions occurred at a price of £11.445 per share except the transaction reported by Darrell Ryman at a price of £11.463 and involved release of shares and vesting of deferred shares from several share plans.
