Shanghai Pharma approves director appointment, complies with listing rules

Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co. (HKEX: 2607) has announced the poll results of its EGM, including the appointment of Dr. WAN Jun-MAN Kwan as an independent non-executive director, effective March 13, 2025. Shareholders approved the appointment and amendments to the Articles of Association. A total of 2,428,565,262 shares were eligible to vote. The company has also confirmed compliance with Rule 13.92 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, pertaining to board diversity. The EGM took place on March 13, 2025.
