Guotai Junan completes A share exchange and placement

Guotai Junan Securities (HKEX:2611) announced the completion of its A share share exchange with Haitong Securities and a proposed placement on March 13, 2025. According to the Custodian Certificate, 9,654,631,180 Haitong A Shares have been exchanged into 5,985,871,332 Guotai Junan A Shares. The issuance of 626,174,076 Placement A Shares under the Proposed Placement was also completed on the same date. The Company received net proceeds of approximately RMB9,984.8 million from the placement, resulting in a net price of RMB15.95 per share. Dealings of Guotai Junan H Shares are expected to commence on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on March 17, 2025.
