Bank of China reveals board director roles, committee memberships

Bank of China has released its list of directors and their roles and functions, outlining the composition of its leadership. The announcement names Ge Haijiao as Chairman and Zhang Hui as Vice Chairman and President. The board also includes several non-executive directors such as Zhang Yong, Zhang Jiangang, Huang Binghua, Liu Hui, Shi Yongyan, Lou Xiaohui, and Li Zimin. The independent non-executive directors are Martin Cheung Kong Liao, Chui Sai Peng Jose, Jean-Louis Ekra, Giovanni Tria, and Liu Xiaolei.
