China Galaxy Securities Completes Commercial Paper Issuance

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 6881) has announced the completion of its issuance of the fifth tranche of short-term commercial paper, scheduled for 2025. The issuance, approved at an earlier extraordinary general meeting in February 2025, aligns with the board's authorization to issue debt financing instruments up to 350% of the company’s latest audited net assets. The "Commercial Paper" was officially issued on March 12, 2025. The total issue size amounts to RMB3 billion, with each unit priced at RMB100. The commercial paper has a term of 184 days and carries a final coupon rate of 2.07%. The proceeds generated from this issuance will be allocated to supplement the company's working capital.
