CGN Mining appoints new independent director, Dai Qijia

CGN Mining Company Limited announced that Ms. Dai Qijia has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, effective March 12, 2025. Ms. Dai will also serve as chairwoman of the remuneration committee, a member of the audit committee, and a member of the nomination committee. The appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Qiu Xianhong, who stepped down to focus on other personal matters. Mr. Zhang Yuntao has been re-designated as the chairman of the audit committee. Ms. Dai, aged 40, is currently the chief executive officer of Lianhe Green Development Company Limited and brings approximately 17 years of experience in capital market investment and financing. Her director's fee will be HK$120,000 per annum.
