BYD boosts H-shares by 11.82% in new issue

BYD Company Limited (HKEX:1211) announced a change in its issued shares on March 11, 2025. The company issued 129.8 million new H Shares at HKD 335.2 per share, increasing the total number of issued H Shares to 1,227,800,000. This new issue represents an 11.82% increase to existing H shares before the event. As a percentage of all shares, it is a 4.46% increase of the A and H shares. The company's A shares remained unchanged at 1,811,265,855, and treasury shares also remained static.
