IVD Medical: Moore HK resignation due to data disagreement

IVD Medical Holding Limited (HKEX:1931) issued a supplemental announcement detailing the reasons behind Moore HK's resignation as auditor. The disagreement centered on "Outstanding Information" requested by Moore HK, which IVD Medical believed had already been provided. Moore HK insisted the format and detail were not up to standard. Meeting Moore HK's demands would have been time-consuming, potentially delaying the FY2024 audit. Moore HK was unable to allocate additional resources without incurring significant costs, and couldn't estimate the time and costs required. Both parties agreed that engaging a new auditor with more capacity was the best course to avoid delays in financial statement publication.
