Sands China chairman Robert Goldstein to step down in 2026

Sands China Ltd. (HKEX: 1928) announced that Robert Glen Goldstein will step down as Chairman and Non-Executive Director on March 1, 2026. Goldstein, who will also transition from his role as CEO of LVS, the Company’s controlling shareholder, will focus on his position as senior advisor to LVS. The company noted that LVS had filed a Form 8-K regarding Goldstein's transition with the SEC. Sands China will identify and appoint a suitable candidate as the new Chairman and a member of the Nomination Committee. The Board expressed its gratitude for Goldstein's service.
