China Galaxy Securities completes 2025 short-term paper issuance

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 6881) announced the completion of the issuance of its fourth tranche of short-term commercial paper due in 2025 on March 5, 2025. The issuance, authorized by shareholders, involved RMB2 billion in commercial paper with a nominal value of RMB100 per unit. The paper has a term of 92 days and carries a final coupon rate of 2.08%. Proceeds from the issuance will be used to supplement the company's working capital. The announcement was made by order of the Board, with Wang Sheng, Chairman and Executive Director, named.
