** BeiGene (HKEX: 6160) recently disclosed several key updates regarding its share structure and equity incentive programs. According to a Next Day Disclosure Return, the company issued 479,752 shares under its equity plan, and 2,626,663 and 30,927 shares, respectively, related to the exercise of share options.
