Solartech completes disposal of Dongguan Huayi Brass Products

Solartech International Holdings (HKEX: 1166) announced the completion of the disposal of its 100% equity interest in Dongguan Huayi Brass Products Co., Ltd., effective March 6, 2025. This follows previous announcements made on November 20, 2024, February 17, 2025, and detailed in the circular dated January 24, 2025. With the completion of the disposal, Dongguan Huayi Brass Products is no longer a subsidiary of Solartech. The announcement was made on behalf of the Board by Chairman and Managing Director Chau Lai Him. The executive Directors as of the date of the announcement are Chau Lai Him, Chau Chi Ho, and Liu Dong Yang, with independent non-executive Directors Chung Kam Kwong, Lo Wai Ming, Lo Chao Ming, and Dou Biling.
