People's Insurance (Group) executive director Li Zhuyong resigns

The People's Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited (HKEX: 1339) announced the resignation of Mr. Li Zhuyong as an executive director and vice president, effective March 3, 2025. According to the company's statement, Mr. Li's resignation stems from a change of work. Besides being an executive director and vice president, he also resigned from his positions as the chairman of the risk management & consumers' rights and interests protection committee of the Board, a member of the related party transactions control committee of the Board, the responsible compliance officer, and the chief risk officer of the Company. The company acknowledged Mr. Li's contributions during his tenure, highlighting his dedication to the company. Mr. Li confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and the management, and that there are no other matters relating to his resignation or other matters that need to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, other directors of the Company and the shareholders of the Company.
