Link-Asia further delays rights issue circular dispatch

Link-Asia International MedTech Group, now China Energy Storage Technology Development Limited (HKEX:1143), announced a further postponement in the dispatch of the circular related to its proposed rights issue, change in board lot size, and major transaction involving distribution rights assignment. Originally expected by March 5, 2025, the circular's release is now pushed to on or before March 26, 2025, due to additional time needed for preparation. Consequently, the expected timetable for the rights issue, placing, and change in board lot size has been revised, with the EGM now scheduled for April 16, 2025. The Rights Issue Record Date is April 30, 2025. The effective date of the change in board lot size (from 4,000 shares to 8,000 shares) is scheduled to be May 2, 2025, and first dealing day for new shares May 7, 2025.
