Swire Properties reports shares decrease in February

Swire Properties (HKEX: 1972) reported a net decrease in its issued shares during February 2025. According to the company's monthly return on movements in securities, the number of issued shares decreased by 10,905,000 to 5,791,316,400. These shares were repurchased and cancelled earlier in February. In addition, the filing noted that 12,000,000 shares were repurchased for cancellation between February 3 and February 28.
