Kingsoft to hold board meeting March 19, 2025

Kingsoft Corporation Limited (HKEX:3888) announced its board will meet on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, to approve the final results for the year ended December 31, 2024. The meeting will also cover the consideration of a final dividend payment. The announcement was made by order of the Board, Jun LEI, Chairman. As of March 3, 2025, the executive director of the Company is Mr. Tao ZOU; the non-executive directors are Messrs. Jun LEI, Pak Kwan KAU and Leiwen YAO; the independent non-executive directors are Messrs. Shun Tak WONG, Zuotao CHEN and Ms. Wenjie WU.
