China Power International to hold board meeting March 20

China Power International Development Limited (HKEX:2380) announced that its board of directors will meet on Thursday, March 20, 2025, to approve the final results for the year ended December 31, 2024. The board will also consider the declaration of a final dividend, if any. The announcement was made by order of the board, with HE Xi, Chairman, and dated March 3, 2025, in Hong Kong. The current directors of the company include executive directors HE Xi and GAO Ping, non-executive directors HU Jiandong, ZHOU Jie, HUANG Qinghua and CHEN Pengjun, and independent non-executive directors LI Fang, YAU Ka Chi and HUI Hon Chung, Stanley.
