Sunny Optical to review annual report at board meeting

Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited (HKEX:2382) announced that its board of directors will convene on March 24, 2025, in Hong Kong, to review and approve the draft annual report and the announcement of the annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, 2024. The board will also consider the recommendation on the payment of a final dividend, if any, and transact any other businesses. The executive directors are Mr. Ye Liaoning and Mr. Wang Wenjie. The non-executive directors are Mr. Wang Wenjian and Mr. Wang Tan Jiong, and the independent non-executive directors are Mr. Feng Hua Jun, Ms. Jia Lina and Mr. Chen Gang.
