Plover Bay Technologies reports strong revenue, profit growth

Plover Bay Technologies (HKEX: 1523) reported a strong financial performance for the year ended December 31, 2024, with revenue reaching US$116.791 million, a 23.9% increase compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the company surged by 35.4% to US$38.046 million. Diluted earnings per share rose by 35.3% to US3.45 cents. The company’s board has declared a second interim dividend of HK13.37 cents per share along with a special dividend of HK5.65 cents per share.
