China Galaxy Securities completes 2025 subordinated bonds issuance

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (HKEX:6881) announced the completion of its public issuance of 2025 subordinated bonds (first tranche) on February 27, 2025. The total issue size reached RMB3.4 billion, with bonds offered at RMB100 per unit. The issuance comprised two types: Three-year bonds totaling RMB1.3 billion with a 2.15% coupon rate, and Five-year bonds totaling RMB2.1 billion with a 2.25% coupon rate. Proceeds from the bond issuance will be used to replenish the company's working capital. Related parties including China CITIC Bank and China Resources SZITIC Trust Co. subscribed to portions of the bonds.
