Neutech Group expands Guangdong University with land acquisitions

Neutech Group Limited has announced the acquisition of land use rights in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, for approximately RMB108.53 million. The purchases, made through public auctions by Guangdong University, a subsidiary of Neutech, include Land Parcel A for RMB83.63 million and Land Parcel B for RMB24.90 million. The company plans to use these adjacent parcels to develop the Neutech International Conference Center and University Science Park. The park will include facilities such as training bases, a research and development center, an international conference center, a business hotel, and hotel-style apartments. The company considers this a "discloseable transaction" as per Hong Kong Listing Rules, with funding sourced from internal resources.
