Bank of Chongqing announces director appointments

Bank of Chongqing Co., Ltd. (HKEX:1963) announced the formal appointment of Ms. HOU Ximeng as an executive director, effective February 24, 2025, following approval from the Chongqing Bureau of National Financial Regulatory Administration. Additionally, Ms. LIU Ruihan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, with her term commencing on February 25, 2025, the date of the bank's publication of her appointment document. Both terms will end upon the expiry of the seventh session of the Board. The bank has completed relevant filings in compliance with regulatory requirements for Ms. LIU Ruihan's appointment. These changes follow the results of the second extraordinary general meeting of 2024.
