Tianrui Cement announces executive director resignation, chairman change

China Tianrui Group Cement Company Limited (HKEX:1252) announced the resignation of Mr. Li Xuanyu from his positions as executive director and Chairman of the Board, citing other work commitments. The resignation is effective from February 25, 2025. Concurrently, the Board has appointed Mr. Li Liufa, previously a non-executive Director, as the new Chairman, also effective February 25, 2025. The Board currently consists of executive Directors Ms. Li Fengluan, Mr. Ding Jifeng, Mr. Li Jiangming and Mr. Jin Mingjie, with Mr. Li Liufa as Chairman and non-executive Director. Independent Non-executive Directors include Mr. Kong Xiangzhong, Mr. Mak Tin Sang and Mr. Du Xiaotang.
