Ruicheng (China) Media rebrands as Qian Xun Technology

Ruicheng (China) Media Group Limited (HKEX:1640) has announced a corporate rebranding, changing its name to Qian Xun Technology Limited. The change, effective January 28, 2025, includes a new Chinese name ("千循科技有限公司") and a new company logo. Correspondingly, the stock short name will change to "QIAN XUN TECH" in English and "千循科技" in Chinese, effective February 28, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., while the stock code remains unchanged at "1640". The company website will also be updated from "www.reach-ad.com" to "www.fprice.cn" starting February 26, 2025. The company assures shareholders that existing securities certificates remain valid and no exchange is required.
