ENN Energy shuffles directors, appoints new CFO deputy

ENN Energy Holdings (HKEX: 2688) announced several key personnel changes to its board and executive team. GONG Luojian and SU Li have been appointed as executive directors, with GONG also assuming the role of President. They will both serve on the risk management committee. Simultaneously, LIU Jianfeng, previously President, and JIANG Chenghong have stepped down as executive directors. In addition to these changes, ZONG Bo has been appointed as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. The company highlighted the extensive experience of both GONG and SU, and the board expressed its gratitude to the outgoing directors for their contributions. GONG will receive a monthly salary of RMB125,000, while SU will receive RMB150,000. ZONG will support Chief Financial Officer Wang Dongzhi.
