Town Health International appoints Huang Yu as executive director

Town Health International Medical Group Limited (HKEX: 3886) has announced the appointment of Huang Yu as an executive director, effective February 24, 2025. Huang, 44, brings extensive experience in investment and management, having worked at China Life Insurance and Value Partners Management Consulting. His term is slated to run until December 31, 2027, and he will not receive any remuneration from the Company in his capacity as an executive Director. Concurrently, Liu Shiyin has resigned from his executive director position due to other business commitments, effective the same date. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Liu’s contributions during his tenure. As of February 24, 2025, Town Health's executive directors include Choi Ka Tsan Karson, Fok Siu Wing Dominic, Zhang Xiaoxue, and Huang Yu.
