Greentown Service Group announces director resignations, appointment, CFO change

Greentown Service Group Co. Ltd. (HKEX: 2869) announced several changes to its board and executive leadership, effective February 24, 2025. Mr. Chen Hao resigned as an executive Director, and Mr. Liu Xingwei stepped down as a non-executive Director due to personal and work adjustments, respectively. Mr. Song Hailin has been appointed as a non-executive Director. Additionally, Mr. Xia Yun resigned as Chief Financial Officer, with Mr. Zhang Lingbo appointed as his replacement. Mr. Song will receive an annual remuneration of RMB300,000. The company expressed gratitude to the outgoing directors for their contributions.
