CIMC to appoint new directors at March meeting

China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC, HKEX: 2039) is proposing the appointment of Mr. MEI Xianzhi and Mr. ZHAO Jintao as non-executive directors. Shareholders will vote on the appointments at the First Extraordinary General Meeting for 2025, scheduled for March 13, 2025, in Shenzhen. The proposed appointments follow the resignations of Mr. HU Xianfu and Mr. DENG Weidong due to changes in their job assignments.
