China Partytime Culture Holdings shares halt trading in Hong Kong

China Partytime Culture Holdings Limited announced a trading halt of its shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, effective from 10:09 a.m. on February 24, 2025. The halt, affecting shares under stock code 1532, is pending the release of an announcement that may contain inside information. This action is in accordance with Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The announcement was made by order of the Board, and signed by Chairman Teng Hao. The Board consists of three Executive Directors, namely Mr. Teng Hao, Mr. Xu Chengwu and Mr. Chen Jinbo; and three Independent Non-executive Directors, namely Mr. Zheng Jin Min, Mr. Chen Wen Hua and Ms. Peng Xu.
