China Feihe invests RMB 100m in SPD Bank product

China Feihe Limited (HKEX: 6186) announced its subsidiary, Feihe HLJ, subscribed to a financial product, Shangxin No. 222 offered by SPD Bank, for RMB100 million, using its idle funds. The investment carries an expected annual return rate of 2.85% and will mature on November 11, 2025. The product is described as a non-principal guaranteed investment with floating returns focused on fixed income assets. According to the announcement, the company is using temporary idle funds to enhance the capital gain of the company. As of the announcement date, the Group's total outstanding principal amount invested in wealth management and structured deposit financial products subscribed from SPD Bank reached RMB1,920,000,000. The company stated that this transaction is a discloseable transaction.
