Evergrande subsidiary winding-up hearing moved to February 17

Trading in China Evergrande Group (3333.HK) shares remains suspended. A Hong Kong court has rescheduled the hearing for the winding-up petition against subsidiary Tianji Holding to February 17, 2025, from the original date of March 12. This follows a summons hearing on January 23. Evergrande, currently in liquidation, provided the update in a February 3 filing. The company reminded investors to exercise caution and encouraged those with information about the group's affairs to contact the liquidators. The company's shares were suspended on January 29, 2024, and remain so.
