China Life's Cai Xiliang officially approved as chairman

China Life Insurance Company Limited (HKEX: 2628) announced that the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) has officially approved Cai Xiliang's qualification as the company's Chairman and Director. His term commenced on December 4, 2024. Mr. Cai was previously elected to these positions at the company's first extraordinary general meeting on October 30, 2024. He will also temporarily serve as Board Secretary until the NFRA approves Ms. Liu Hui's qualification for the role.
