Viet Nam Financial Investment Securities announces accounting leadership changes

Viet Nam Financial Investment Securities Corporation (VISC) has announced changes to its key personnel, with Ms. Vu Huyen Tram being relieved of her duties as chief accountant as of December 25, 2025. This decision, approved by the board of directors on December 25, 2025, mandates Ms. Tram to hand over all responsibilities and related documents.

Concurrently, the company announced the appointment of Ms. Cao Mai Chi as the new head of accounting, effective December 25, 2025. Ms. Chi, born on May 10, 1981, previously served as deputy head of the accounting department. Her appointment was also approved by the board of directors on December 25, 2025.

Ms. Cao Mai Chi will now assume the full responsibilities and authority associated with the head of accounting role, adhering to legal accounting regulations, company policies, and the general director's directives. She will also be entitled to compensation and benefits as per the company's human resources and income policies.
