Vinacomin - Machinery Joint Stock Company (VINACOMIN) has decided to terminate the operations of its Chi nhanh Cong ty Co phan Che tao may - VINACOMIN branch, effective January 1, 2026. This decision, formalized by Resolution No. 6117/QD-VMC issued on December 23, 2025, aligns with directives from the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group (TKV) to restructure second-tier units, as outlined in Official Letter No. 5145/TKV-TCNS dated September 9, 2025.

The affected branch, identified by registration code 5700495999-001, is located at 93 Lang Ha, Dong Da district, Ha Noi city. Its operational license, the fifth amendment, was issued on December 15, 2023, by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi city.
