Portserco Logistics completes share offering, moves to list new shares

The State Securities Commission (UBCKNN) has acknowledged Portserco Logistics Joint Stock Company's (PRC) report on the results of its additional public offering. The company successfully distributed 3,099,849 shares in accordance with the public offering registration certificate issued on October 14, 2025.

UBCKNN has instructed Portserco Logistics to coordinate with the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and the Hanoi Stock Exchange. This is to complete the necessary procedures for registering, depositing, and listing the additional shares, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

The announcement, dated December 22, 2025, from Hanoi, confirms the successful execution of the offering and the subsequent steps required for the shares to be fully integrated into the market.
