Petrovietnam Securities appoints new head of accounting, current head dismissed

Petrovietnam Securities Incorporated (PSI) has appointed Le Duc Cuong as the new head of accounting, effective December 22, 2025. Previously, Mr. Cuong served as deputy head of the finance and accounting department. This appointment follows a decision by the company's board of directors, as outlined in Resolution No. 25/NQ-HĐQT-CKDK, dated December 22, 2025.

The change also includes the cessation of duties for Nguyen Thi Hang, who is being relieved of her position as head of accounting. Her removal from the role is effective on the same date, December 22, 2025. The company stated that the reason for her departure is a "dismissal."

These personnel changes, approved by the board of directors, were publicly announced on the company's website on December 22, 2025. The resolution granting these changes was signed by Nguyen Anh Tuan, chairman of the board of directors.
