VINA2 increases outstanding shares after dividend issuance

VINA2 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (HNX:VC2) announced a change in the number of outstanding voting shares following the issuance of shares to pay dividends to existing shareholders. As of December 15, 2025, the total number of outstanding shares increased to 75,645,525 from 68,769,410.

The company's charter capital has risen from VND 687,694,100,000 to VND 756,455,250,000. This increase is a result of distributing 6,876,115 new shares, representing a 10% dividend payout ratio, where shareholders received 10 new shares for every 100 existing shares held. The capital for this issuance comes from undistributed after-tax profits as of December 31, 2024.

This adjustment reflects the company's commitment to returning value to its shareholders through equity distribution. Fractional shares arising from the distribution were rounded down to the unit level, with remaining fractional shares being canceled.
