PTSC adjusts share count after dividend payout

PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) officially announced an adjustment to its registered share quantity after a document from the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), Ho Chi Minh City Branch. The adjustment, dated December 19, 2025, reflects an increase of 33,453,809 shares.
