Portserco Logistics doubles voting shares after public offering

Portserco Logistics Joint Stock Company announced on December 18, 2025, a significant change in its number of voting shares. The company's charter capital has doubled from 30,998,490,000 VND to 61,996,980,000 VND.

This expansion in capital directly corresponds to an increase in the total number of shares and voting shares, which have both doubled from 3,099,849 to 6,199,698. The company confirmed that this change resulted from a public offering of additional shares to existing shareholders.

The announcement was signed by Le Nam Hung, general director of Portserco Logistics.
