Nhi Hiep Brick-Tile sets record date for shareholder consultation

Nhi Hiep Brick-Tile Co-Operation (HNX:NHC) will close its shareholder list on January 2, 2026, to conduct a written consultation. The consultation aims to gather shareholder opinions on matters falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders, as stipulated by law and the company's charter. Shareholders will have one voting right per share held, with the exercise ratio set at 01 share for 01 voting right.

The consultation is expected to take place in late January 2026 at the company's office located at 34 DT 743 Street, Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This initiative aims to ensure shareholder participation in key decisions, reflecting the company’s commitment to transparent corporate governance. The announcement was made in a document dated December 23, 2025.

The company has pledged to use shareholder information solely for its intended purpose and in compliance with VSDC regulations, taking full responsibility for any discrepancies. The announcement was signed by Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong, representing the organization, and Nguyen Hong Chau, chairman of the board of directors.
