Tung Kuang Industrial invests in TK Industrial Development, appoints representative

Tung Kuang Industrial announced its board of directors resolved on December 18, 2025, to make a capital contribution to TK Industrial Development Company Limited. The total capital contribution amounts to VND 15,735,600,000, representing 20% of TK Industrial Development's charter capital.

Mr. Liu Chien Hung has been appointed as the managing representative for Tung Kuang Industrial's capital contribution in TK Industrial Development. Mr. Hung, who also serves as the general director, is authorized to implement the resolution in accordance with relevant laws and the companies' respective charters.

This strategic investment is expected to bolster Tung Kuang Industrial's presence and influence within the industrial development sector.
