Tien Phong Plastic announces first 2025 cash dividend

Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company (HNX:NTP) announced a record date of January 13th, 2026, for its first cash dividend payment for 2025. Shareholders will receive a dividend of VND 1,500 per share, representing a 15% payment rate. The payment date is scheduled for January 20th, 2026.

Shareholders with deposited securities will collect their dividends at their respective Depository Members. Those with non-deposited securities must complete dividend receipt procedures at the Finance and Accounting Department of Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company, located at 222 Mac Dang Doanh Street, Hung Dao Ward, Hai Phong City, starting from January 20th, 2026, during working days, and must present their citizen identification card.

This announcement follows the company's Resolution No. 16/NQ-DHDCDTN 2025. The Vietnam Securities Depository Corporation (VSDC) has been requested to provide a list of securities owners based on the specified record date.
