SaiGon Hotel board approves ground floor lease, grants rent reduction

The board of directors of SaiGon Hotel Corporation, in a resolution dated December 18, 2025, has authorized its executive board to proceed with leasing the ground floor of the SaiGon Hotel to Ewarton Management Co., Ltd. The executive board is tasked with identifying and collaborating with suitable partners to ensure the lease agreement serves the company's interests, adheres to legal regulations, and complies with fire prevention and rescue requirements. The board will review the executive board's report on this matter.

Furthermore, the board approved a rent reduction for Royal Sojit Vietnam Co., Ltd., as requested by the tenant. This decision grants a one-month rent waiver for February 2025, totaling VND 237,500,000.

This resolution is effective from the date of signing.
