ATS Investment Group updates private placement details, professional investor list

ATS Investment Group Joint Stock Company (ATS) has updated its registration documentation for a private offering of shares, following a board of directors' resolution issued on December 3, 2025. This update replaces the previously approved list of professional securities investors expected to participate in the offering, which was detailed in a prior resolution dated September 9, 2025. The company also announced the supplementation of this latest board resolution and the replacement of an earlier registration certificate for private placement of shares with an updated version that includes revised information on the offering recipients.

The private placement is expected to distribute 36,000,000 shares, bringing the total shares owned by the listed professional investors to 37,116,410 after the offering. The expected ownership ratio for these investors after the offering will be 93.96%, calculated based on an assumed successful offering and an expected charter capital of VND395,000,000,000. Eight professional investors are listed, with individual post-offering ownership ratios ranging from 4.30% to 15.33%.
