1369 Construction and Tokumo partner in new $730m venture

1369 Construction Joint Stock Company (C69) has approved a bilateral investment cooperation with Tokumo Company Limited, a Japanese enterprise. The Board of Directors' Resolution No. 98/2025/NQ-HĐQT, dated December 17, 2025, outlines this strategic partnership in the manufacturing and trading of motor vehicles. The investment will adhere to the forms stipulated in Vietnam's Law on Investment.

The expected investment for this venture is JPY 730,000,000. Activities will be conducted in both Vietnam and Japan. The board of management has been tasked with researching and selecting appropriate investment forms, negotiating with Tokumo, and overseeing the execution of the Bilateral Investment Cooperation Agreement and related documents.

Le Tuan Nghia, the legal representative, will direct the implementation of the resolution. This resolution signifies a notable expansion for 1369 Construction Joint Stock Company into new business sectors and international partnerships.
