This financial investment, representing 3% of QP Township's charter capital, will be executed within 30 days of the resolution's issuance. The shares are purchased at their par value of VND 10,000 per share from existing shareholders.

The transaction details confirm QP Township’s enterprise code as 3702830977, with its initial registration on November 20, 2019, in Binh Duong province, and an updated registration on November 8, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, general director and legal representative of QP Green Investment, is authorized to manage the acquired capital contribution/shares in QP Township.
