Portserco Logistics completes share offering, doubles charter capital

Portserco Logistics Joint Stock Company (HNX:PRC) successfully completed its public offering of 3,099,849 additional shares to existing shareholders in 2025. The offering, which concluded on December 17, 2025, raised a total of VND 35,648,263,500. A total of 197 existing shareholders participated in the offering, subscribing for 2,862,457 shares, while four investors purchased the remaining 237,392 shares. All shares were offered at VND 11,500 per share.

Following the successful offering, Portserco Logistics will increase its charter capital from the previously registered VND 30,998,490,000 to VND 61,996,980,000. This expansion results in a total of 6,199,698 common shares, each with a par value of VND 10,000. The company’s organizational and operational charter will be amended to reflect this change, effective December 17, 2025.

The board of directors has mandated the general director and legal representative to execute all necessary procedures, including reporting to the State Securities Commission, publishing information on the updated number of outstanding shares, registering the additional shares, and updating the business registration certificate.
