Ninhbinh Thermal Power appoints new corporate governance officer

Ninhbinh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (NBTPC) has announced a personnel change in its corporate governance, effective January 1, 2026. Bui Khanh Trung has been appointed as the new corporate governance officer and company secretary, following a board resolution dated December 18, 2025. His term will be five years. Previously, Trung served as a specialist in the technical - safety and environment department.

Concurrently, Bui Manh Hung will step down from his role as corporate governance officer and company secretary, effective the same date. This change was approved by the board of directors via resolution and decision, both issued on December 18, 2025.

The company stated that the appointment aligns with current enterprise law and government decrees on corporate governance for public companies. Trung will assume full responsibilities and rights associated with the position, including remuneration outlined in an addendum to his labor contract.
