LVA Trading and Services increases capital through share offering

LVA Trading and Services JSC announced a change in the number of outstanding voting shares, effective December 16, 2025. This change results from the successful private placement of shares in 2025.

The company's charter capital increased significantly from VND 19,999,340,000 to VND 31,000,000,000, reflecting an increase of VND 11,000,660,000. Correspondingly, the total number of outstanding voting shares rose from 1,999,934 to 3,100,000 shares, an increase of 1,100,066 shares.

This capital adjustment solidifies the company's financial structure. The announcement, signed by chairman Truong Thanh Minh, was sent to the State Securities Commission, the Hanoi Stock Exchange, and the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, along with the results of the 2025 private share offering.
